At Royal Safari, we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable desert safari experience. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making a booking.

By confirming a booking with Royal Safari, you agree to the terms below.

1. Cancellation Policy

24 Hours Before Tour

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 100% refund.

Within 24 Hours of Tour

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

• If a guest does not show up at the agreed pickup time and location without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

2. Rescheduling Policy

• Guests may request to reschedule their tour at least 24 hours before pickup time, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.

3. Weather Conditions

Desert safaris are subject to weather and safety conditions.

• If a tour is canceled by Royal Safari due to extreme weather, government restrictions, or safety concerns, guests will be offered:

  • A full refund, OR

  • A free rescheduling option

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during booking.

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Payment Policy

• Some bookings may require advance payment.

• Remaining payments (if applicable) must be completed before or at the time of the tour.

• Failure to complete payment may result in booking cancellation.

6. Special Offers & Discounted Packages

• Promotional or discounted bookings may be subject to different cancellation terms.

• Any special conditions will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
